4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the places, lists, notes, and other content you save in the App ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the App's features for you. You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to any material you save or share.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

The App relies on third-party services (including Supabase, Apple, Google, and Expo) and may display information about places sourced from third parties such as Google Places. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of third-party content, and your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

6. Beta Software

The App may be provided as a beta or pre-release version. It may contain bugs, change without notice, or be discontinued. Features and availability are not guaranteed during the beta period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carte and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that may cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
